Cancellation policy

- for properties in Germany: 0% for cancellations up to 42 days before arrival, thereafter 90%

If a guest unexpectedly does not arrive, please inform us immediately, at the latest on the day following arrival, in order to cancel the booking at the guest's expense - if you notify us later, it will no longer be technically possible to cancel the booking without incurring a commission.
